The “Cheech’s Mule” on our menu is a truly one-of-a-kind creation; crafted with exquisite Tres Papalote Mezcal, ginger beer, and fresh lime juice, it has that same zest for which the mule is known – with an added twist
Whiskey is one of the most popular spirits in the United States today, second only to vodka, and there are countless varieties and brands that showcase the best from each region – the four biggest manufacturers of the spirit today are Scotland, Ireland, the US, and Japan (first fun fact: it’s spelled “whisky” in Scotland and Japan, and “whiskey” everywhere else).
A big part of the community experience at KnB is our weekly tastings. Distillers, spirit makers, and mixologists come from all over the world to showcase their spirits – in the past few months, we've had representatives of Jameson from Ireland, Fords Gin from New York, and Comandon Cognac all the way from France! Events and tastings at KnB are a great way to sample something new and experience a spirit you may not otherwise be able to try, and we generally feature different spirits each week.
