San Diego Distillery

Started by beer homebrewing aficionado Trent Tilton, the recently reopened San Diego Distillery hopes to capitalize on some of the creative processes used in backyard beer-making, combining innovative ingredients to produce whiskeys with interesting flavor profiles. The distillery only crafts whiskey currently, and there are five different varietals on the menu: single malt, bourbon, rye, peated, and a new gem, craft beer whiskey. All of their whiskeys are produced entirely in-house, and having been fermented and distilled on-grain, each one takes on a robust profile.
