We started with a good malt base of UK Maris Otter, and then added a ton of Citra Hops during the boil and whirlpool. We kept the Citra overload going by adding Citra TWO times during fermentation, followed by a final Citra dry hop addition to finish things off. This beer hasn't been refined or filtered! With our Citra Dream IPA, come dream with us. The alcohol by volume (ABV) is 6.8%.
