This amaro from Baltimore combines Italian tradition with Szechuan flavor for a unique take on the category. On the palate, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon (a lot of it), and ginger dance around each other before fading into a softly fruity finish with strawberry, milk chocolate, and rose petal notes. On the finish, there's a hint of szechuan spice, but it's not overpowering.
