Bushwood’s Front 9 expression is another example of Kentucky Bourbon brilliance.

Our grain-to-bottle single barrel bourbon whiskey is the their Inaugural pride and joy. Aged six years, under tight temperature and humidity  controls, these barrels exemplify characteristics unlike any other. Hand selected to deliver a premium tasting experience: notes of crushed pecan, wood, vanilla bean, wildflowers, brown bean, spices, toffee, cacao and honeycomb.

Mashbill: 75% Corn/ 21% Rye/ 4% Malted Barley 

Tasting Notes:  

• Color: A rich and brilliant medium amber mahogany, with a flame orange glint and clarity reflective of its warm and aromatic texture.
• Nose: Layered notes of crushed pecan, wood, vanilla bean, wildflowers, and honeycomb. Full yet delicate, well-rounded, possessing a hint of burnt caramel and smoked wood that is pleasant and inviting.
• Palate: Flavors of honey, brown spices, mixed nuts, wheat grass, toffee, and cacao.
• Finish: Slightly Slightly warm on the front end, but quickly resolves to a blissful complexity of sweet flavors from the palate. Most notable are the honey and brown spices that counter the initial heat, and roll into its harmonious finish.
