Overview: The Cailleux family, owner of Château Haut-La Péreyre since 1881, produce fine Bordeaux wines with a deep respect for tradition. The vineyard is 52 ha spread over 8 communes of Entre-Deux-Mers. Traditional methods acquired over 6 generations and innovative methods are combined to enable the development of colourful, aromatic, concentrated and balanced wines that highlight their original terroirs.
Tasting Notes: The nose offers exotic fruits and citrus fruits. This complexity meets a charming, sauve and very fruity flavour on the palate with good length supported by well balanced acidity.
