About This Item

Overview: A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre. VINEYARD: A mixture of schist and clay characterize Château Léoube soils. The proximity of the sea, the daily breeze and cool nights are all factors that provide an ideal climate for growing grapes.

VINIFICATION: Harvest is done manually to ease the sorting provess. The grapes are transported directly to the winery where they are pressed gently. The juice extraction is slow and delicate. Fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic, occur in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. The bottling takes place in the spring after clarification.

Tasting Notes: Its light color with light salmon tints reveals a generous and gourmet wine. Expressive, it reveals aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruit. A slight bitterness on the finish completes the saltiness felt on this beautiful wine.

Pairing: A perfect all year round rosé suitable for any occasion. Great with fish, shellfish, salads, lightly spiced foods and Mediterranean style dishes.
