Capurro is a family-owned, 100-year-old business with origins in nearby San Mateo. On B Street in downtown Lima, the family runs a Peruvian food and import company, and they distribute their own pisco. It's a small, family-run company. This latest line of Capurro piscos are all from Peru's 2012 vintage and have been aged for over three years in stainless steel tanks.
