• Barrels previously owned by High West Yippie Kayee whisky were used in this cask partnership. With cinnamon bun, coffee and pumpkin spice, it is generously aromatic. On a soft oily structure, the up front palate has some soy, chocolate, and cocoa nib. With the barrel effect giving it a smooth long finish, the mid palate becomes more savory.
