There's still some spice, but it's cut by sweet potato spirits that give the whiskey a much more rounded feel. Along with its notes of charred oak and vanilla, this makes for a whisky that's easy to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
This unique whiskey blend is made of 20% Merced rye whiskey and 80% estate-grown sweet potato spirits. The two spirits are aged separately for up to four years, then blended to make the final whiskey.
