• Agave Jabali is a difficult to distill agave that is extracted from craggy rocks and cliffs. Since the leaves on the maguey Jabali planet resemble the teeth of a boar, Jabali is a Spanish term that means "wild boar." This is another release from their secret mezcalero's Vino de Mezcal collection, made with only sustainably harvested wild Jabali magueyes.
