Every holiday season Eel River Brewing Company brews a specialty beer called Climax Noel and each year it’s a different style.

2010’s Climax Noel is a selectively dry-hopped organic imperial red ale. Eel River Brewing Company used the finest Pacific Northwest organic malts and dry-hopped it with organic cascade, Amarillo and centennial hops.
