• Don Serafn Hernandez Blas founded El Rey Zapoteco in 1960, and it is now run by the second generation of the Hernandez family in Santiago Matatlán, which is known for its ideal agave growing conditions. Before bottling, the Reposado is aged for ten months in white oak barrels.
