This is a limited-edition navy-strength gin from FEW Spirits and makes an amazing Gin & Tonic or Martini. Bottled at 57% ABV.

FEW Spirits hails from Evanston in the United States of America, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets. Thankfully Evanston is now home to this excellent craft distillery which takes its name ironically from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Juniper blossom makes itself present first followed by mulling spice and a grainy quality.

Palate: The body has a little weight behind it with herbaceous notes off-set with candied orange peel and fragrant juniper.

Finish: The finish is warm and peppery with a little spice on the tail-end.
