Nose: A lot of cereal, nice and dry. Right away, there's grain and malt, with a creamy dairy note. Orange blossom, apricot, and green apple are among the flavors. There's a hint of spice and almond in this dish.

Palate: More grain, this time with a lot of lemon and yogurt, which causes a lot of salivation. Honey-sweetened toasted nuts and white bread. It starts off light, but it quickly becomes much more mouth coating and collected than your typical Irish whiskey. A tannic dryness and a hint of green tea contribute to a cool and collected end.
