Pasubio is a real taste of the Trentino region's Dolomite Mountains. Blueberries, fir, and smoke, as well as bitter alpine herbs, are present on a rich aged wine foundation. Mountain berries are an uncommon sight among amari. Traditionally, it has been served neat, at cellar temperature or chilled. Often goes well with whiskey, rye, or brandy in blended drinks.
