The Production Process
The CÎROC distillation process has been refined and perfected to ensure the best possible flavor each time. While all Vodka is distilled at least once, CÎROC is distilled a grand total of five times. Fine French grapes are specifically selected for harvest and made into wine. This wine is then distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France.
The fine French grapes and that extra fifth distillation at the Distillerie de Chevanceaux are what give CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka its distinctive flavor; with an exceptionally fresh taste.
Behind the Brand
Born from generations of winemakers and distillers dating back to the 15th century, Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, the Master Distiller of CÎROC, truly has the art of distilling in his veins. Jean-Sebastian is based in Villevert, France in the renowned wine region of Bordeaux, and his distillery, Maison Villevert, has been in the family for more than 500 years.
Robicquet combined his distilling expertise and skill as an oenologist (an expert in the science of winemaking) to create Cîroc Ultra-Premium Vodka in 2003. Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CÎROC is gluten-free and distilled from fine French grapes; a process inspired by over a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship.
CÎROC Pineapple Vodka
CÎROC Pineapple Vodka is light and smooth, with distinctive notes of sweet crushed pineapple, fresh tropical fruit, and a subtle hint of vanilla. As noted above, like the brand’s other vodkas, the Pineapple flavor is made from fine French grapes that are cold fermented and distilled five times. The vodka is then carefully infused with fresh, sweet pineapple, and a hint of other tropical fruit to give it that signature flavor.
CÎROC Pineapple is delicious served chilled, on the rocks, or with a splash of orange juice.

This is the perfect summer-ready cocktail! The brand’s take on the popular Piña Colada, the CÎROC Colada combines CÎROC pineapple, lime juice, and simple syrup. Easy, delicious, and refreshing!
Combine CÎROC Pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.
Top with a splash of club soda.

CÎROC Amaretto Vodka
CÎROC Amaretto Vodka is the fourth offering from the brand. This varietal is richly balanced with notes of sweet cherry and marzipan and offers a rich, cherry-almond flavor with a touch of vanilla as a smooth finish. As with the brand’s other vodkas, CÎROC Amaretto has been cold-fermented and distilled five times, then masterfully infused with amaretto flavors to give it that signature, rich flavor.
