We ship via Fed-Ex, UPS, and GSO for all states. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.
We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply email us so we may send you a replacement.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because you were not at the address, or the address is undeliverable, and the package is ultimately returned to Keg N Bottle, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Per California state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
