What is your shipping policy?

You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Our warehouse is located in Southern California.
We do not ship outside the U.S.
We do NOT currently ship to the following states: MA / MI / MS / SC / TN / UT
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are NOT eligible for flat rate ground shipping.

What are your shipping options?

We ship via Fed-Ex, UPS, and GSO for all states. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST with flat-rate shipping will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be fulfilled starting the following Monday. Please allow more time during high volume events & holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.
No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All Ground shipments take 2-10 business days in transit. Our warehouse is located in Southern California.
All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be processed with our highest priority and will be shipped the following business day if item is in stock. Your product will leave our warehouse the business day after you place your order. We encourage follow up with expedited shipping options, as we don't have real time inventory updates available for the website. Cutoff time is 4pm PST for all Next Day or Second Day Air orders.
Free shipping code applies for up to one box (6-12 bottles depending on bottle size and weight). You may receive a supplemental bill depending on the quantity of boxes needed to fulfill your order. Free-shipping is for GROUND SHIPPING ONLY.

“Free shipping” is it ever really free?

As a business decision Keg N Bottle will pay for your shipping if you spend over $350. Based on our experience at that point most orders, will make us enough profit to absorb the cost of shipping. There are some instances where the profitability of your order DOES NOT exceed our cost. If that is the case, Keg N Bottle reserve the right to
A) Cancel the order
B) Ask that you share the shipping cost
C) Adjust your order to create more profitability or remove the item(s
) that is causing the loss

We appreciate your business and hope you understand the logic behind the policy. We are still just a family owned business and wish we were as big as Amazon that could just absorb the loss.

When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply email us so we may send you a replacement.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Per California state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error. That being said, we are a family business and want you to be a returning customer for life. Call us and you will see that customer service is our strong suit, and is the foundation that has allowed us to grow to 11 locations. Online Inventory

We carry separate inventory for our online store. Pricing may vary with online prices and in-store prices. Please contact your local Keg N Bottle for in-store pricing. We have the ability to pull inventory from all 11 of our locations, this will sometimes add 2 to 3 business days processing time to your order.
