What is your shipping policy?

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
  • Most orders will ship by the next business day, but may take as long as 3 business days to process. Priority is given to overnight, 3 day and 2 day orders.
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Our warehouse is located in Southern California.
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.

What are your shipping options?

We ship via Fed-Ex, UPS, and GSO for all states. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out in 3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. Please allow more time during high volume events & holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All Ground shipments take 2-10 business days in transit. Our warehouse is located in Southern California.
  • All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be processed with our highest priority and will be shipped the following business day if item is in stock. Your product will leave our warehouse the business day after you place your order. We encourage follow up with expedited shipping options, as we don't have real time inventory updates available for the website.  

When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply email us so we may send you a replacement.

What happens if my package is undeliverable?

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because you were not at the address, or the address is undeliverable, and the package is ultimately returned to Keg N Bottle, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Per California state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error. That being said, we are a family business and want you to be a returning customer for life. Call us and you will see that customer service is our strong suit, and is the foundation that has allowed us to grow to 11 locations. Online Inventory

We carry separate inventory for our online store. Pricing may vary with online prices and in-store prices. Please contact your local Keg N Bottle for in-store pricing. We have the ability to pull inventory from all 11 of our locations, this will sometimes add 2 to 3 business days processing time to your order.
