Absinthe

Absinthe is an anise-flavoured spirit derived from botanicals, including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium and other medicinal and culinary herbs. Due to it's high alcohol content, typically between 45% and 74%, it is often consumed by diluting it with water and adding sugar.
