Mezcal Legendario Domingo is from San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca, and is made from Espadin Agave plants that have been aged for 8 to 9 years. It's made using the old-fashioned method of distillation: mashed in a horse-drawn Chilean stone mill, natural fermentation in oak vats, underground cooking in a conical oven, and double distillation in copper stills.Fresh and citrus flavors with a hint of alcohol and minerals, accompanied by a slight smokiness and ripe Oaxacan fruits
