Nevada H&C Distilling Co. was founded in 2012 by Aaron Chepenik and Jonathan Hensleigh in Las Vega, Nevada. Sourced from MGP in Indiana, the company ages their whiskey in the Nevada desert and leans on bespoke blending to differentiate their whiskey from other MGP sourced whiskeys.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Dark Amber
Nose: The aroma is powerful and balanced with apples and apricots over a river of baking spices and caramel.
Palate: The palate opens with a rich and thick mouth-feel that’s sweet at first, opening up to white pepper, caramel apples, roasted almond and pecans, vanilla, and baking spices all around.
Finish: The finish is long, warm, and smooth with a chili pop.
