Distilled in small batches from a family mash-bill recipe, each bottling reflects the spirit and character of a handmade, intimate and unrushed production method.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Toasted cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, nubuck leather, raisins, autumn leaves, brown butter, warm almonds, orange oil, marzipan.
• Palate: Warm cinnamon roll entry, with dried apple, a hint of maple, golden pie crust, dried apricot roll, walnut skins.
• Finish: Semi-dry and medium long with lingering cinnamon butter toast.
