NOSE: Apples/cinnamon fritter, baking spice peach, apricot, pear, syrup, some rye spice, dark chocolate espresso, sassafras, sweet oak, and mint
PALATE: Cherries, dark fruit, citrus notes, sweet oak, dark chocolate, terrific mouthfeel. Effervescent.
FINISH: Black pepper, cinnamon, sweet pipe tabacco, appricot syrup, long lingering finish, long and lingering finish.
Very balanced between the sweet and spice and long finish.
