    Bait and switch, poor customer service

    I ordered this item at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. When I didn’t get a ship date, I called customer service. They said they were out of stock. They suggested several cheaper replacements. I picked one but never heard back. A week later I had to call and ask what was going on. Finally they shipped a product. Got close to Christmas. I’m not very happy with this bait and switch experience.
