Tasting Notes: A delicious dark chocolate flavor. We add vanilla extract to smooth out the sharp edges of whiskey and introduce a blackberry flavor to mask the dark tannin and oak notes inherent in oak barrel-aged spirits. As a finishing touch, European black elderberry extract, known to support immune health, is blended in.
