Syrah / Shiraz
Shiraz and Syrah are two names for the same grape variety. The grape is known as Syrah in France, where it originated in the Rhone Valley, and is often referred to as Shiraz in other parts of the world, like Australia. Shiraz/Syrah wines are typically full-bodied and have intense dark fruit flavors.
