Celtic Honey is made with all-natural Irish honey, triple distilled Irish whiskey, and enriched with the flavors of native wildflowers (clover, bluebell, and hawthorn)

o A sweet, honey-based liqueur made with Irish whiskey, honey, and spices. The water used within the distilling process is Irish spring water, naturally filtered through limestone for purity

A nice balance of whiskey and honey, making it a nice alternative to simple syrup within a cocktail bringing a little more complexity
