Mezcal made by hand in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. Designed for the discriminating enthusiast seeking fresh and diverse taste blends. We still bake our Agave Hearts in clay ovens for six days before milling them on a massive stone wheel pulled by horses. Fermentation is gentle and chemical-free, and distillation takes place in a serpentine copper alembic heated by wood.
