Batch #166 “Miami Vice” is The Vice’s 9th vintage of Rosé of Pinot Noir, crafted in the style of Sancerre Rosé. Handpicked slightly underripe for freshness and acidity, this wine is a bright and elegant example of minimal intervention winemaking from sustainably grown fruit.
The 2024 vintage was exceptional, with abundant winter rain and a balanced growing season that produced wines with color, structure, and bold character. The Pinot Noir grapes were sourced from a single bowl-shaped vineyard in Carneros, Napa Valley — a microclimate ideal for retaining acidity and delicate aromatics.

Excellent with shrimp ceviche, goat cheese, fresh strawberries, or sushi.
