Raicilla

Raicilla is a type of distilled spirit that is made in the Mexican state of Jalisco, primarily in the region surrounding the town of Mascota. Like tequila and mezcal, raicilla is made from the agave plant, but unlike those spirits, it is made from several different varieties of agave, each of which imparts a unique flavor to the final product.
