Overview: Bertrand Stehelin, winemaker for more than 10 years on the Domaine Paillère & Pied-Gû, founded his own brand in 2004. He started with 4 hectares and gradually expanded his estate. He chose to develop a larger range of wine and to focus mainly on export. Located northwest of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vines are planted between 100 meters and 300 meters above sea level, giving freshness and complexity to the wines.

Tasting Notes: Big and complex, with blackberries, pepper, baking spices, tobacco and a slight smoky finish. Deep purple with a good tannic structure.
