Overview: Vibrant and refreshing, this is the most transparent wine we make, a pure expression of our estate vineyards. We produced our first Riesling in 1974, made in a distinctively dry and crisp style. It has been a family favorite ever since. Bright and aromatic, it is marvelously food-friendly and cellar-worthy.
Tasting Notes: Welcoming aromas of white peach, green papaya, and apricot are layered with jasmine and orange blossom. Lively on the palate, the integration of floral and stone fruit flavors is accentuated by mouthwatering acidity leading to a clean finish enhanced by mineral notes.
Pairing: Our Dry Riesling is a versatile, food-friendly wine that pairs well with anything from Asian cuisine to roasted vegetables. Enjoy with Vegetable Pakora with Cilantro Mint Lime Yogurt. The wine’s balance of intense acidity and minerality makes it a good match for spicy cuisine.
