Overview: It was in 1996 that Sophie and Thierry gave birth to the "Domaine de l'Aumonier" which takes its name from Sophie's grandparents. A very symbolic name since the vineyards of his grandparents were the first exploited by the young couple. Starting from scratch, they started the farm with a dozen hectares bought from retired winemakers; no working tool, no clientele and few means, but with a common desire and the know-how of Thierry rich 6 years of experience on a farm in Mareuil sur Cher as head of culture, and strong of the experience of his elders, winemakers for several generations ...
