Tasting Notes

Colour: Mustard gold, bright and lustrous.

Nose: Perfumed and fragrant — rose petals, carnation, jasmine, and lilac open the aroma. Beneath the florals lies a tapestry of spices: cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chilli, and anise. There’s gentle oak and chestnut, with a touch of menthol and fresh bread dough when water is added.

Palate: Spice bursts up front — fiery ginger, black pepper, and mustard seed deliver a bold and earthy kick. Sweetness follows in richer forms: mint toffee, demerara sugar, sugar-coated almonds. A distinct eucalyptus lift refreshes the palate mid‑sip.

Finish: Long and warming. Spicy echoes linger, joined by clove, leather, and a hint of peppermint. Sweet oak and herbal tones fade slowly, leaving a cozy spice and floral afterglow.
