This is the world’s first Pomegranate Wine Cask aged whisky, a deliciously delicate snapshot into what Middle Eastern sourced casks can offer. The fruity funk of pomegranate wine makes this whisky uniquely perfumed, and a true stand out among the more classic cask types.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Toasted walnuts and oak dusted with lavender and cloves chased by echoes of the telltale sweet and sour funk of pomegranate wine.
- Palate: Moreish and pastry-like, fanned by soft fruity tannins.
