Sotol

Sotol is a type of distilled spirit that is made in Mexico, primarily in the northern states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, and Durango. Unlike tequila, mezcal, and other agave-based spirits, sotol is made from the Desert Spoon plant, also known as the sotol plant, which is native to the Chihuahuan Desert.
