Holding onto the title of the very first straight whiskey we’ve offered on our shelves, our legendary Canebrake Bourbon Whiskey is named for the Appalachian-native Timber Rattle Snake. Packing in a surprising amount of flavor for just a six month old whiskey, we use smaller barrels with toasted oak chips to help with the aging process for our Canebrake Bourbon Whiskey. With a mash bill made of pure corn and proofed at 85 proof, this bottle is enjoyed by many of our legends in a wide range of ways. Paired with a cola or even over the rocks, the possibilities are endless!

Doesn’t Bite
Canebrake is our coastal subspecies of the Timber Rattlesnake. This Canebrake doesn’t bite. Smooth, smoky and malty on the back end. Best served neat, for me!
