Overview: The Mauritson Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc embodies our core philosophy: Wine is made in the vineyard! This wine sees minimal oak and doesn’t go through malolactic conversion. It’s truly one of the purest expressions of Sauvignon Blanc you will find in California. 

Tasting Notes: Enticing perfumed aromas include fresh white pineapple, spicy white Magnolia blossom and crushed river stone, with a hint of candied mandarin. The entry is bright, energetic and very inviting. On the palate, cleansing kaffir lime zest gives the wine focus, while a kiss of mango flesh and candied peach carries the round and refreshing lift on the finish.
