We love this time of year, because the bees are busy gathering pollen to make their incomparable honey that we use in our Montana Honey Moonshine. This spirit is made from a traditional sweet feed recipe used by moonshiners, made up of three whole grains and molasses. We barrel age our spirit and add a touch of honey for a balanced and approachable flavor.
