Overview: Joseph Carr created Josh cellars in 2007 as a tribute to his dad, Josh - JOseph's way of honoring all that his father had done for him. Josh was a lumberjack by trade who also served in the U.S. Army and volunteered as a local firefighter. He worked hard, and instilled values of dedication and perserverance in his children. 

These values drove Joseph to creat Josh Cellars. Hard work and a commitment to quality ensure that all Josh Cellars wines represent the best of California: they're well-balanced, delicious, and crafted to exciting standards. 

Tasting Notes: Crisp, light-bodied, refreshing, and bursting with bright citrus, our Rosé is a warm, summer sunset in a bottle. On the nose, expect fresh strawberries, white flowers, and stone fruits. In the glass, you’ll taste citrus, white peach, and strawberries. 

Pairing: Pairs well with fresh summer berries, grilled shrimp, and ceviche.
