AMAN Tequila is family owned and operated by Gerardo Madrigal, born and raised in East Los Angeles. A math professor by trade and a Tequilero by passion. The blue agaves for AMAN are grown on Madrigal’s family land in Nayarit, Mexico.

• Nose: Vanilla, cake batter, rosemary, basil, fresh fruits, apple and fig.
• Palate: Robust medium body. Fresh cooked agave with exploding fruits and lightening raw agave.
• Finish: Strong vegetal presence of agave and lingering herbs.
