Overview: A blend of years/vintages from our three villages, our BRUT wine has aged on average two years in the cellar before arriving on your tables. Emblematic of the spirit of Tassin, it offers a perfect balance between the body of the Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay, sublimated by the complexity of the reserve wines.

Tasting Notes: Green apple and pear, yeasty notes with a hint of citrus. 

Pairing: Pork, salmon, mild and soft cheeses
