Although very much part of the west coast’s burgeoning (overflowing?) new wave of gins, the Cutler last name traces itself back to the early 1900s and the dream of starting a bar in a California gold rush town.
Now, roughly 100 years later, Ian Cutler crafts a gin in Santa Barbara featuring some of the states famous citrus like Ojai Pixies (a clementine variety) and Goleta Lemons with botanicals like cardamom, elderflower, and jasmine. Currently availability is limited to California.
