Overview: Highlands 41 Chardonnay comes only from the best lots that our estate vineyards have to offer. Small lots are picked and fermented individually with minimal intervention to allow the true expression of the soil and climate. The wines are matured in a unique selection of hand-crafted French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Experience the forces that shape the wine: abundant sunlight, cooling fog & ocean breezes, and well-drained soils. You will discover scents of red fruits and spice on the nose, followed by a palate of black cherry and spice with a smooth finish.
Pairing: We recommend grilled sausages, pasta primavera, baked salmon, and roasted duck.
