On the palate, the La Jota Cabernet Sauvignon has dark chocolate, espresso, toast, and a hint of Petit Verdot finishing with a great mid palate weight and earthy tannic structure, there is no doubt you are drinking a Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
