Oaxaca has in its territory the largest variety of Agave species in Mexico, of which some are endemic to this state, a unique gift from Oaxaca to share with the rest of the world. The Madrecuishe microenemic species, offers us a Mezcal that due to its elaboration process and the waiting time for the cut that is 12 years, is worthy of respect. To celebrate the brotherhood between cultures and for the union of our Duranguense and Oaxacan families, we are pleased to offer an endemic maguey Madrecuishe from Oaxaca, land that gives origin to our tradition and mezcalero knowledge, which is permeated in every drop of the mezcal of the Origen Raíz del Espíritu.
Nose: Toasted cedar, raspberry shrub, November rain
Palate: Charred green beans, tarragon, agave
Finish: Bold, numbing, spicy oils, long finish
