A few years ago, Doug stumbled across a bottle of his grandfather’s bourbon on ebay and he took it as a sign to re-establish his grandfather’s legacy. Fast forward to today, Scotti’s Original Springs Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the latest player in the bourbon category that launched in 2021. Innovation, perspective and technology are gaining ground with the ever-changing alcohol distilling process. The longer a spirit is aged in a barrel does not mean the better the flavor profile of a spirit.

Scotti's Original Springs Private Stock is a limited production, double-barrel bourbon that builds on the brand's initial 2021 release. Scotti's Original Springs Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

To augment the flavor, the bourbon was aged for one year in a new, charred American white oak barrel and then aged two years in a 4-year old Rittenhouse Rye barrel.

No water was added during the bottling process to keep the bourbon in its purest form and bring out the most intense flavors and aromas possible. As a result, Scotti's Original Spring Private Stock is barrel strength at 63% ABV.
