The 2022 Moraga White reflects the estate’s ongoing dedication to expressing Bel Air's rare vineyard terroir. Known for crafting elegant, site-specific wines, Moraga Estate continues its tradition with this crisp, mineral-driven white. The vintage benefited from a balanced growing season—early spring warmth followed by cool, coastal summer fog, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly with exceptional aromatic complexity.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were fermented separately in stainless steel and neutral oak. A short period of bâtonnage enhanced mouthfeel. The final blend rested briefly on lees before bottling to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

Pairing:
Delightful with shellfish, chèvre, arugula salads, grilled sea bass, or creamy lemon pastas.

On the palate, vibrant acidity frames flavors of Meyer lemon, guava, white pear, and wet stone. The mid-palate is rich and textural with a beautifully clean, mouthwatering finish.
