Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a difficult grape to grow and cultivate, as it is sensitive to climate and soil conditions, and requires careful attention from winemakers.  The wine is often described as having a silky texture and a long, smooth finish, with low to medium tannins and moderate acidity. Pinot Noir is grown in many regions around the world, including Burgundy in France, the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and the Central Otago region in New Zealand.
