• Items stolen after being left outside at your request

How to claim:
Email customerservice@kegnbottle.com with subject line "CLAIM for order #[number]" and include photos of any damage. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.

No protection? We'll file a courier claim, which takes 6-8 weeks. If tracking shows delivery proof to your address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
